This is a website and app re-design I did simply for practice. This shows the process I went through from Interviewing a user who I knew experienced frustrations. Booking flights is one of the things she dreads above all other tasks. I walked through every phase of this process: interviewing, note-taking, affinity boards, journey mapping, initial sketches, all the way to developing a low-fidelity prototype.

Fleshing out practice projects like this keep my interviewing skills sharp and helps remind me to keep the end-user's experience in mind at all times.
